Returns
Our policy requires you to notify us immediately at eartheartnaturals.com when a return is
requested. The return must be initiated within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your
purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return of a consumable item, it must be in the original packaging and unopened
and must be packaged for safe shipment without damage during transit.

during transit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
CHANGED ORDER OF APPEARANCE
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive your order in a damaged
condition, contact the carrier for adjustment or return at their cost. If you need to exchange it for

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may
vary.
